I have a CVA optima in chrome steel. I even have the black horn 209 breech plug. I load one hundred grains by quantity of Blackhorn 209 by using a 250 grain Barnes bullet. I have found that you really should use a very good primer. Don't utilize the primers created for black powder as this is not black powder. I utilize the CCI magnum primers only.
